Who we are
Alitechs Agency, operated by Abderrahmane (Ali) Bensalem, sole trader, Paris, France. Business registration is currently being renewed; the new number will be published here as soon as it is issued. Contact: contact@alitechsagency.com.
Data we collect
Only what you enter in our forms: name, company, email, phone, country, project details, website, budget range and preferred contact method. We do not collect data without your knowledge.
Why we use it
Solely to reply to your request and discuss your project. The legal basis is your own request (pre-contractual steps).
Who receives it
Your request is stored in our database hosted by Neon and sent to us by email through Resend. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf only.
How long we keep it
Up to three years after our last exchange, then it is deleted.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@alitechsagency.com. We reply within one month. You may also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL).
